All entrants must register through the online entry portal and address the key criteria set out for the category they are entering.

Before making your submission, please read the Terms and Conditions and ensure the following:

  • All activities cited in support of your entries must have been on-going within the past 12 months.
  • The entering party has to have an office in the ROI or NI and the projects that support their entry have to have taken place in these areas unless stated otherwise in the criteria.
  • Make sure you focus on good hard information, backed up by solid facts and figures.

Submitting your entry:

Before making your submission, please ensure the following:

Entry Fee:

€95.00 ex VAT for the first entry

€45.00 ex VAT for each subsequent entry

Payment Method: Credit or Debit Card (required at final stage of submission)

Please Note: Entries without payment will not be accepted. If you haven't received a confirmation email after submission, please check your spam folder.

Items Checklist - Entry

  • Criteria: You must address all criteria points of the category you are entering in text. Word counts apply and are indicated on the portal.​
  • A minimum of 5 high-resolution photographs (at least 300dpi) that will be reviewed by the judging panel.
  • Video (optional) that will be reviewed by the judging panel.

Items Checklist - Production

  • 50 word entry summary (300 characters MAX): Summary of your entry written in the 3rd person. This will be used in the Awards' event guide.
  • 2 high-quality JPEG photos relevant to your entry: At least 300dpi. These will represent your entry in the Awards' AV presentation.
  • A high-quality JPEG version of your organisation logo (at least 300dpi).
  • Payment details: Please ensure you have the correct payment details ready to use. Payment will need to be made by Credit or Debit Card at the final stage of the submission process or your entry will not be accepted.

Maximum File Size: All files must be no more than 8 MB per item.

    Entrant Details

    • This includes your contact details, organisation information, project information, and your 50-word entry summary.

    Entry Criteria

    This is where you address the category criteria and the information the judges will review to score your entry. You will be asked for the following:

    • Entry criteria in text. Each section will be scored separately.
    • Upload minimum of 5 relevant images.
    • Upload relevant video (optional)

    Production File Upload

    Upload the following:

    • 2 photos relevant to the entry. Please submit your image in either JPG or PNG format, ensuring a minimum resolution of 300dpi. The file size should not exceed 8MB.
    • Organisation logo. Please submit your image in either JPG or PNG format, ensuring a minimum resolution of 300dpi. The file size should not exceed 8MB.

    Terms and Conditions

    You will also be asked to accept:

    • Our Terms and Conditions. Acknowledge that by proceeding, you commit to sending at least one representative to attend the Awards Ceremony in the event of your organisation being shortlisted.

    Trophy Recipient

    • Provide confirmation of your organisation's designated representative who will accept the trophy at the Awards ceremony in the event of your entry winning.
