This award is open to any Project Manager who has played a key role in project managing a successful fit out project completed over the past 12 months. Entrants may include in-house project managers working within a fit out contractor; they could be an in-house client project manager, or an independent project manager working for a consultancy firm. The project manager can be nominated by themselves or by a third party, but please ensure you have their permission to do so. There are two ways you can enter: 1. If the candidate has played a key project management role in a project submitted into any of the Fit Out Project categories, then address the first two criteria points below in a 1 page A4 PDF (MAX) and merge this with the relevant Project submission: only 1 PDF can be accepted for judging. 2. If you do not intend on entering the Fit Out Project categories, please address each of the criteria listed below within a 5 page A4 PDF submission in a clear written manner, backed up by photos (4 minimum), laying out any additional information - plans, section drawings, tables, graphics, videos etc. - so that it is easy and clear to understand.
Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.
