Qanstruct completes headquarters fit-out in Victoria with SUPAMICRO acoustic panels throughout lobby

Australia-based construction company Qanstruct has completed its headquarters fit-out in Kew, Victoria, designed by Bruce Henderson Architects as a cutting-edge workspace that balances functionality, aesthetics and environmental consciousness, Architecture & Design reported.

At the heart of the landmark fit-out is the three-storey-high lobby, a striking entryway that sets the tone for the entire headquarters. To enhance both acoustics and visual appeal, SUPAWOOD supplied SUPAMICRO panels, chosen for their ability to deliver superior sound absorption without compromising on style.

SUPAMICRO's micro-perforations are designed to control reverberation, effectively reducing noise in large and open spaces. By integrating these panels into the grand lobby, the design achieves an inviting and acoustically comfortable atmosphere, ensuring that the space remains both impressive and functional.

To complement the sleek and modern aesthetic of the headquarters, the SUPAMICRO panels were supplied in a high-end timber veneer finish, delivering the warmth and richness of natural timber whilst offering precision detailing and durability. The fine perforations are subtly integrated into the surface, ensuring that the panels maintain their seamless and natural appearance.

SUPAMICRO curved panels were also installed on walls throughout the lobby area. As sustainability was a key driver of the Qanstruct fit-out, SUPAWOOD's environmentally responsible manufacturing processes aligned perfectly with the project's eco-conscious vision.
