GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out appoints new managing director to lead UK operations
GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out has named Sean McNiff as its new managing director, marking a strategic leadership update for the Northern Ireland-based fit-out specialist.
McNiff, who has been with the company since April 2019, previously served as operations director, and his promotion reflects the firm’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the competitive London and wider UK fit-out markets.
During his tenure as operations director, McNiff spearheaded initiatives that expanded GRAHAM’s client base to include high-profile names such as M&S, BT, Deloitte, Primark, Watches of Switzerland, The Berkshire Golf Club, Fraser Group, and Nike. His experience spans office, commercial, and retail sectors, alongside previous roles in architectural, environmental, and engineering consultancies within the construction sector.
In his new role, McNiff will oversee more than 100 staff across the UK and guide the company’s £75 million turnover Interior Fit-Out division. His priorities include further developing organisational structure, strengthening client relationships, and creating new business opportunities. McNiff emphasised continuity in delivering high-standard fit-out projects across all sectors.
Earlier this year, Peter Allan joined GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out as workplace director, bringing extensive design and build expertise to the commercial sector. Allan’s previous roles include interior fit-out director at Ivegate and project director at ISG.
McNiff noted Allan’s strategic value in expanding the company’s workplace fit-out services, ensuring the firm continues delivering for clients including BT, Deloitte, Santander, and Microsoft across the UK and Ireland.
With these appointments, GRAHAM reinforces its leadership structure as it pursues growth in office, commercial, and retail fit-out projects, maintaining its focus on quality, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
