Antonovich Group completes luxury marble fit-out in Palm Jumeirah villa

Dubai-based Antonovich Group has finalised a luxury fit-out for a Palm Jumeirah villa, highlighting its expertise in premium marble installation and turnkey interior design. The project showcases technical precision, creative integration, and high-end residential craftsmanship.

The Palm Jumeirah property underwent a complete interior overhaul with natural stone as the core medium. The aim was to create a modern, elegant living space that is both durable and visually striking.

Antonovich Group sourced high-grade Calacatta and Statuario marbles from global quarries, ensuring strict adherence to veining, purity, and structural standards. The layout maximises visual continuity, with veining flowing across floors and walls. Polished finishes enhance natural light, amplifying the villa’s bright, airy ambiance.

A project manager explained that in a location as iconic as Palm Jumeirah, the interiors needed to reflect the same level of exclusivity as the address itself. For the project, they did not simply install flooring but curated a geological narrative, emphasising that true luxury lay in the combination of rare materials and flawless technical execution in the premium marble fit-out.

Technical mastery was central to the fit-out. Advanced leveling systems, precision-cut joints, and robust sub-floor preparation guaranteed longevity and a flawless finish. Each room was designed to reflect its function and mood, from a bespoke marble foyer and living areas to a sculptural staircase, spa-inspired bathrooms, and a functional kitchen with treated marble surfaces.

Lighting and design were integrated throughout, with ambient and accent lighting accentuating textures and architectural features. Sustainable practices included responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and durable materials to ensure the fit-out’s long-term value.

Antonovich Group executed the project entirely in-house under its Turnkey Fit-Out model, managing structural assessment, 3D visualisation, installation, and furnishing.
