Algedra Design completes luxury interior fit-out at Burj Khalifa Armani Residences

Algedra Design, a leading interior design firm in Dubai, has successfully handed over a private residence at the Armani Residences in the Burj Khalifa as reported by Archinect.

The project demonstrates the firm’s expertise in delivering bespoke interiors that combine aesthetic refinement with functional living in high-rise environments.

The design centres on a "Soft Modernism" approach, prioritising organic shapes, curved surfaces, and tactile materials. Curved wall panels upholstered in neutral fabrics guide movement through the apartment while improving acoustics. Pale, polished timber flooring unifies common areas and maximises natural light.

Tareq Skaik, Head of Design at Algedra, said, "Designing for the Armani Residences requires a distinct vision that balances grandeur with intimacy. Every detail contributes to a cohesive visual experience."

The living space features a curved velvet sofa with rounded armchairs finished in gold, complemented by black marble coffee tables framed in gold. A custom metal wall installation adds a three-dimensional artistic element. The adjacent dining area centres on a round white marble table with a dark sculptural base, highlighted by a chandelier of interlocking gold rings.

The kitchen incorporates a smart bi-fold door system, concealing the workspace when idle and preserving the clean lines of the living areas.

Lighting throughout combines layered strategies, including decorative chandeliers, tripod floor lamps, and concealed LED strips to emphasise architectural details and gold accents.
