33 Cavendish Square set to be transformed into a cultural and commercial hub

Plans have been submitted to reinvent 33 Cavendish Square into a flagship destination that blends retail, culture and future-focused workspace. The £multi-million scheme features 11,500 sqm of retail, 3,500 sqm of cultural and creative space, and 75,000 sqm of wellbeing-led offices with landscaped terraces overlooking the West End.

Sustainability sits at the core, with ambitions for BREEAM Excellent, 5-star NABERS UK, EPC A and WELL Platinum certifications. Retaining over half of the existing structure, the project showcases one of London’s most comprehensive examples of adaptive reuse, combining innovation, culture and environmental responsibility.
