Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd., India’s largest managed office platform, has named Anshul Popli as the new Head of Product and Execution, tasking him with oversight of procurement, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), quantity surveying (QS), and interior fit-out delivery across its managed campuses.

Popli brings extensive entrepreneurial and project delivery experience to Smartworks. Previously, he founded Modern Intrno, an interior fit-out firm where he led end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with design intent, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion. These competencies are expected to enhance Smartworks’ operational excellence across its expansive portfolio.

Holding a master’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Nottingham, Popli combines global business insight with technical expertise. His leadership is set to optimise project delivery and reinforce Smartworks’ reputation for scalable, flexible, and amenity-rich office environments.

Smartworks currently manages 12.7 million sq. ft. of workspace across 14 cities in India and Singapore, serving over 760 clients and offering more than 235,000 seats.
