Signature Alliance drives fitout growth strategy into 2026

Malaysia-based Signature Alliance Group Bhd, an ACE Market-listed interior fitout specialist, is entering 2026 with a clear operational focus as project visibility, disciplined execution and regional expansion anchor its next phase of growth.

The group operates across commercial, institutional and industrial fitout projects and expects demand to remain resilient, supported by ongoing corporate investment, healthcare and rehabilitation facilities, education developments and selective industrial expansion. The outlook places fitout delivery capacity and project management firmly at the centre of its strategy.

Group CEO Darren Chang said: “Our priority in 2026 is execution. We’re focused on delivering our existing projects well, bidding selectively for larger-value contracts and strengthening our operational platform. With a visible order book and a healthy balance sheet, we’re well positioned to pursue growth without compromising quality or margins.”

The group’s first year as a listed company saw pre-tax profit rise 45% to RM44.5 million (€9.35 million) and revenue jump 60.3% to RM382.2 million (€80.3 million). An interim dividend of 2 sen per share was declared in October 2025.

“2025 was an important year for us. It demonstrated that our business model is scalable and that our execution discipline translates into earnings growth,” Chang added. “These results give us confidence as we move into the next phase.”

Signature Alliance is expanding operations in Selangor, Penang and soon Johor, centralising production and strengthening logistics. ESG practices are integrated, guided by ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, while BIM and 3D visualisation enhance project coordination and reduce waste.

Chang added: “Our goal is to build a consistent, long-term track record. 2026 will be about strengthening our foundation, expanding carefully and delivering steady value to shareholders.”
