Pure Fitout drives major hotel interior projects in Ireland and Northern Ireland

Belfast-based property and fit out specialist Pure Fitout has played a central role in the renovation and relaunch of key hospitality venues across Ireland and Northern Ireland. The company completed a seven-figure interior fit out for House Belfast on Botanic Avenue following the acquisition of the hotel out of administration for £65,000.

House Belfast, previously operated by Dublin-based Nolaclan, had entered administration in August 2025. The pre-pack administration deal valued the hotel’s fixtures and fittings at £60,000, with stock at just under £5,000. Pure Fitout was contracted to deliver the interior redesign, ensuring continuity for 46 staff members during the transition.
