
Portview doubles revenue in 50th year
Belfast-based fit-out specialist Portview has doubled its revenue since 2018, growing turnover by 48% to just under £110 million in the year to November 2024. Profits have more than tripled over the same period, rising from £6.1 million to £21.5 million, according to the company’s latest accounts.
The firm, which employs 138 people, is marking its 50th anniversary with plans to relocate to a new headquarters on Airport Road West in Belfast. The 4,392 sq m building will feature nearly 2,500 sq m of dedicated Portview office space, with the remainder available for tenants. Amenities include a multi-storey atrium, four meeting rooms, and a bar and social area designed for communal use, events, and hire.
Portview has an established reputation for high-profile fit-out projects, including Wembley Stadium, Harrods, Ascot Racecourse, and the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, operating across the UK and Ireland in sectors such as sport, luxury retail, hotels, and offices. Over 75% of its work comes from repeat clients, with an average profit margin of 23.6% over the past three years.
