Latitude Aero merges with SkyPaxxx to form global aircraft interiors group

Latitude Aero and SkyPaxxx Interior Repairs have joined to create Latitude Interiors Group, uniting their expertise in aircraft cabin refurbishment. The merger consolidates services for airlines, lessors, and MROs worldwide, covering seats, sidewalls, galleys, lavatories, and flooring.

Latitude Aero is recognised for seat, sidewall panel, and overhead bin repair and refurbishment, while SkyPaxxx provides seat, galley, and lavatory overhauls, component repair, and spares support. SkyPaxxx is also known for its sustainable SkyTiles® carpet, which reduces waste and lowers replacement costs. The merger integrates these capabilities under a single brand, enabling faster project turnaround, broader geographic coverage, and a seamless service experience for clients.

CEO Rick Lockhart highlighted that combining the two companies strengthens the ability to manage projects of any scale, from minor repairs to complete cabin overhauls. He emphasised that the merger not only enhances operational capacity but also creates new growth opportunities for staff and reinforces a customer-first philosophy.

Managing Partner Langdon Holzman of Banbury Private Capital, which facilitated the merger, noted that the move is a strategic step in building a global leader in aircraft interior refurbishment.

With operational locations in North Carolina and Florida, Latitude Interiors Group maintains high standards of quality, reliability, and service across all projects. The organisation is committed to staff development, targeting over 75% of leadership roles to be filled internally within five years, reflecting its focus on long-term sustainability and expertise retention.
