HOK reveals interiors for Jacksonville Jaguars stadium redefining fan experience
Global design firm HOK has unveiled the interiors for the Jacksonville Jaguars’ upcoming Stadium of the Future — a state-of-the-art, multi-use venue that merges hospitality-grade luxury with local identity and environmental responsiveness.
Centred on fan immersion, the design introduces a sweeping 360-degree concourse that’s four times wider than its predecessor, lined with destination bars, local food markets, and quick-service concessions to reduce wait times. Elevated hospitality zones — including premium suites, clubs, and terraces — combine bespoke materials, bold lighting, and handcrafted finishes inspired by Jacksonville’s cultural and coastal heritage.
The interiors celebrate the city’s geography and history, drawing on the St. Johns River, Atlantic shoreline, and industrial roots. Reflective ceiling panels mimic rippling water, bronze and gold finishes evoke sunsets over the river, and rounded motifs pay homage to bridge rivets and shipyard architecture. A vibrant palette of teal, dark blue, and warm wood reinforces the Jaguars’ identity while delivering a sense of local pride.
Designed for adaptability, the stadium can host NFL games, concerts, soccer matches, and large-scale events, accommodating up to 71,500 spectators. Retractable seating, integrated lighting, and digital systems allow rapid reconfiguration for diverse experiences.
Daniel Herriott, HOK’s Director of Design, Interiors, said the concept creates a venue that “deepens connections between fans, the team, and the community.”
