Graham Interior Fit-Out delivers £1.6 million tech HQ transformation in Belfast

Graham Interior Fit-Out has completed a comprehensive two-phase, £1.6 million refurbishment for a global technology client at City Quays 2, Belfast. The project spans three floors and integrates the client’s brand into the layout, creating a modern, functional, and visually cohesive workplace.

Phase 1 of the project ran from June to July, with Phase 2 completed in early Autumn 2025. Drawing on Graham’s prior experience within the City Quays development, the team worked closely with the landlord to maintain smooth logistics and minimise disruption.

Project manager Michael O’Boyle highlighted the collaborative approach: the team delivered high-quality finishes and attention to detail across all floors while staying on schedule and within budget. The project reinforces the firm’s robust supply chain management and on-site expertise, ensuring that complex fit-out requirements were met efficiently.

Q Two Consulting director Ben Walpole emphasised the challenging programme, noting that the Graham team’s coordination and problem-solving enabled timely completion.
