Fit Out Conference 2026 announces three new speakers
The Fit Out Conference 2026 has revealed three new additions to its speaker line-up, joining an already strong roster set to take the stage on 11 June at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry.
Tim Allen, Senior Director at HCG, brings three decades of experience in workplace strategy, design, and transformation to the conference. Having worked with more than 100 clients across the UK, Europe, and the United States, Allen was recognised as one of the Exemplary Workplace Leader Top 50 in 2024.
Kay Killmann, Managing Director of GBCI Europe, is widely credited with driving LEED adoption across the European market. A co-founder of the German Green Building Association, Killmann has built a career around making the case for sustainability as a genuine value driver rather than a compliance obligation.
Colin Falconer, Founder of C.J. Falconer & Associates and Fit Out Leader 2021, brings two decades of hands-on delivery across healthcare, education, FDI, and commercial fit-out. A pioneer of BIM delivery in Ireland and one of the sector's most decorated practitioners, Falconer's presence adds considerable weight to an already compelling programme.
The three join previously announced speakers including Ronan Holohan of Millimetre Design, Lisa Smyth of Reddy A+U, and Rebecca Wadsworth of Henry J Lyons, with further additions still to come.
Bringing together Ireland's fit-out community alongside an international advisory committee, the conference is designed to surface the conversations that matter most to the sector, from workplace strategy and sustainable design to the commercial realities of delivering complex fit-out projects.
Practitioners, designers, contractors, and occupiers are all expected to attend.
