Fit Out Awards releases Book of the Night from its most celebrated ceremony yet

The official record of Ireland's most significant fit-out and interiors ceremony of the year is now in circulation.

The Fit Out Awards 2025 Book of the Night documents the full sweep of an evening that set a new benchmark for the sector — from the projects that reshaped Ireland's interior landscape to the people behind them.

Held on 26 November 2025 at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin, the gala drew a record 940 attendees, making it the largest and most attended ceremony in the awards' history. Contractors, designers, project managers, and industry leaders from across Ireland gathered to recognise excellence in fit-out and interiors delivery throughout the year.

The Book of the Night serves as the permanent record of the evening, bringing together winner profiles, judging commentary, and a full account of the ceremony.
