Exsim Hospitality lands RM128 million in major fit-out contracts
Exsim Hospitality Bhd, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, has secured multiple fit-out contracts totalling RM127.9 million, covering hotels, show houses, and sales galleries across Malaysia. The largest award is a RM100 million project from Uni Land Sdn Bhd for the design, renovation, refurbishment, and interior fit-out of a hotel at Empire City Damansara.
Other notable contracts include a RM12.6 million project for a two-storey show house on Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur, and an RM8.5 million renovation and interior design contract for the Lumba Kuda sales gallery and show unit in Johor. Exsim MX4 Sdn Bhd entrusted the company with interior design and demolition works for Kwasa Plot 3 & 4 show units, valued at RM6.1 million, while Mightyprop Sdn Bhd awarded a RM0.7 million reinstatement job for the Empire City Sales Gallery 5.
All projects are commencing immediately, with timelines ranging from one month to 16 months—the longest being the Empire City hotel project. The contracts are expected to contribute positively to Exsim’s revenue and operational footprint throughout their durations.
