“The Newmarket Yards development featured 413 high-quality build-to-rent apartments, complete with exceptional amenities, including private and shared dining areas, a café bar and lounge, outdoor BBQ spaces, a gym, spa, cinema rooms, co-working areas, and pet-friendly wash and walk facilities. The judging panel admired the thoughtful use of living space and tasteful décor, creating a place anyone would be proud to call home.”
