Cooper Parry opens 9,161 square feet Northern Ireland office at Linen Green following CavanaghKelly acquisition

Cooper Parry has officially opened its new Northern Ireland offices at Linen Green, marking another major milestone in the firm's continued expansion and investment in next generation professional services across the UK and Ireland, Business Eye reported.

Located on the outskirts of Dungannon, Linen Green is an upmarket retail village set within a striking former linen mill, blending heritage with modern design. The 9,161 square feet, two-floor space had stood empty for several years and has been transformed into a light-filled, high-tech open-plan workplace designed around collaboration, creativity and connection.

The move follows Cooper Parry's acquisition of Northern Ireland firm CavanaghKelly last summer. From day one, plans were in place to invest in a workspace that truly reflects Cooper Parry's progressive culture and client-first approach. The whole team has relocated from its former offices on Northland Row in Dungannon into a significantly larger, open-plan environment that is purpose-built for the future of work.

The office fit-out was delivered by Office Principles, the specialist design team behind Cooper Parry's superhubs in Manchester, London, Reading, Birmingham and the firm's flagship Sky View headquarters at East Midlands Airport. The result is a modern warehouse-style space that is light, airy and unmistakably Cooper Parry.
