Brighton Best International secures $23.5m land purchase for New Jersey build-to-suit facility

United States-based Brighton Best International has completed a $23.5 million (€20.2 million) land purchase at 200 Crossroads Boulevard within Logan North Industrial Park in Logan Township, New Jersey, for a 190,000 square foot build-to-suit facility, New Jersey Business News Magazine reported.

Greek Real Estate Partners, Advance Realty Investors and Torchlight Investors announced the land sale and execution of the build-to-suit project. JLL represented ownership in the transaction.

Alex Motiuk, director of acquisitions at Greek Real Estate Partners, said Brighton Best is a globally recognised distributor and its decision to invest demonstrates the long-term strength of Logan North and the Southern New Jersey market. "After evaluating multiple locations in the region, they ultimately chose Logan Township for its infrastructure, accessibility and long-term growth potential," Motiuk said. "We are proud to deliver a customized facility that supports their continued expansion."

Greek Design | Build will oversee the ground-up construction and custom interior fit-out tailored to Brighton Best International's operational requirements as the company continues its domestic and international growth. The project underscores Greek Real Estate Partners' vertically integrated development platform, managing every phase from land disposition and entitlement through construction and delivery.
