Attika Group wins $38 million interior fit-out projects

Attika Group, a full-service commercial interior decoration company listed on the Singapore Exchange since November 2024, has landed two new interior fit-out contracts with a combined value of $38 million (€32.7m).

The largest contract, valued at approximately $36 million (€31m), covers the fit-out of a 20-floor commercial office building spanning around 371,350 square feet. Completion is expected by June 2027. A smaller office fit-out contract worth $2 million (€1.7m) is scheduled for completion by April 2026.

These wins follow a milestone in late 2025, when Attika secured three contracts totaling $26 million (€22.4m), including work for a Singapore-based data centre.

“Our focus on high-growth sectors like data centres and large-scale commercial offices is deliberate. As we move into 2026, these wins provide us with strong revenue visibility and reinforce our commitment to excellence as we build a diversified foundation for sustained growth,” said Steven Tan, managing director and executive chairman of Attika Group.

The latest contracts strengthen Attika’s presence in the premium commercial segment, highlighting its capability to deliver large-scale, high-quality fit-out solutions across corporate offices, F&B outlets, and sales galleries.

Shares in Attika Group closed flat at 41.5 Singapore cents on January 9, 2026.
