Abanos secures fit-out contract for Palace Residences Creek Blue in Dubai Creek Harbour

UAE-based Abanos, a specialist in large-scale fit-out projects across the Middle East and North Africa region, has secured the contract to deliver the fit-out and joinery works for Palace Residences Creek Blue, a premium residential development by Emaar located within Dubai Creek Harbour, Gulf Daily News reported.

With a total built-up area of 98,243 square metres, Palace Residences Creek Blue reflects a new standard of modern waterfront living, set within an ultra-modern, stylish and pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood that aligns with Dubai's sustainable urban character.

The development will feature a collection of two- and three-bedroom apartments, thoughtfully crafted to blend contemporary aesthetics with expansive outdoor spaces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The project is being developed by Emaar/Dubai Creek Harbour Development and designed by Mirage/SSH. It is being constructed by Engineering Contracting Company.

The project scope includes the fabrication and installation of wooden doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity units and other miscellaneous joinery items.

A spokesman for Abanos said each of the residences is being designed as a refined retreat, showcasing quality finishes, contemporary kitchens, luxurious bathrooms and spacious living areas complemented by expansive windows that invite abundant natural light and frame stunning views. "Private balconies extend the living space outward, enhancing the connection between elegant interiors and the surrounding waterfront landscape," the spokesman said.

Palace Residences Creek Blue is positioned within the vibrant waterfront destination of Dubai Creek Harbour, contributing to the development's vision of creating a contemporary urban community with access to modern amenities and waterfront views.

The fit-out works will support the delivery of premium residential interiors aligned with Emaar's quality standards for the development.
