Eoin manages Iconic’s property portfolio and the implementation of Iconic’s expansion strategy, planning and overseeing all new location fit-outs and refurbishment works. Eoin manages all property performance, budgeting and facilities management across the portfolio, while driving building standards and innovation. In his career, Eoin has worked in a number of professional property practices which paved the way for his leadership role at Iconic Offices. He strongly advocates for good design and effective space utilisation, with a focus on human interaction. In fact, his passion for creating a positive experience for users led to the implementation of WELL certification into Iconic's workspaces. For Eoin, the ultimate goal of design is to make users feel a sense of belonging and comfort, as well as provide the necessary amenities to support daily work functions. He firmly believes that meeting these basic needs results in measurable improvements in productivity, overall wellbeing, and mental health, while reducing stress. Eoin played a key role in expanding the department's focus to prioritize workplace wellness and ESG, leading to the establishment of an internally and externally resourced ESG team.
