Penny Linton

Penny Linton MRIAI was introduced as the principal of Todd Architects Ltd Dublin studio in March 2020, were despite the challenges faced, she has overseen a substantial growth in the office’s commissions, team and workload. With more than 20 years of experience, Penny is an award-winning Architect (including the Fit-Out awards) with an expertise in workplace design and strategy. Penny has worked on projects within the private sector, designing, managing and directing major commissions in the commercial workplace field for a wide range of local & international clients.


Penny’s primary experience lies in commercial repurposing of buildings & workplace and has worked on projects of varying size and character, from large commercial headquarters, cultural, mixed-use & hospitality facilities. From this experience, she has built up an ability to look at architecture from within and create spaces that focus on the end user.


Penny creates spaces where people, flows, aesthetics and usability are synchronised. Penny’s passion lies in sustainability, believing that BIM, Energy Efficiency and Sustainability is intrinsic in the design, construction, and life span of every building. Penny has a LEED qualification which assists her in making the most effective, holistic design approaches with sustainable recommendations within each design proposed.
