Keith spent his early years focused on delivering best in class workplace fitouts for a wide array of multinational clients and has over 16 years’ experience in commercial interiors, design strategy/management, and hospitality brand creation. He is currently acting as design & product lead for Lioncor, an Irish residential developer delivering homes of the highest standard to the Irish market.

Lioncor is developing a best-in-class multifamily (BTR) product which will enter the market in early 2022, with a confirmed pipeline of 5,000+ units, and a portfolio which is expected to continue to grow over the coming years.

Before this, he led the design team at Staycity, one of Europe’s leading aparthotel operators, where he created the Look + Feel of the brand ahead of its planned growth to 15,000 units and also led the design and brand creation of Staycity’s new lifestyle and premium offering – WILDE Aparthotels by Staycity.

He is passionate about creating exceptional places for people to live, eat, and sleep - informed by data and ensuring that operational efficiencies, ESG strategies & customer experience are inherent to decision making from the outset.
