Fit Out Project of the Year - Residential (Large)

This award recognises the outstanding Large Residential fit out project undertaken on the island of Ireland that was completed, or substantially completed, within the past 12 months. Projects may include residential properties of any size and type; single houses, housing developments, housing estates, apartment blocks and social housing are all eligible. Projects that relate solely to hospitality/leisure/entertainment facilities within private rented buildings (e.g., cafés, restaurants, etc) should enter the ‘Tourism & Leisure’ or ‘Hospitality’ awards.
